week 2nd

Transmitter and receiver copper wire
For the transmitter and receiver coil, I have prepared two sets of copper wire which wire to receiver part is less than the transmitter part. The main reason why in such a way that design is to enable the receiver coil to get more turns than transmitter partThis is the same concept with the concept of a transformer in which the secondary turn is greater, then the voltage will increase production, also known as step up transformer. The size of copper wire that I buy is 10AWG for transmitter and 26AWG for receiver.

Copper tube
But in my further research, this design has its own problemsdue to the tiny sizeit must be wound up in large numbers in advance to ensure that the amount of voltage that you want to be better and the desired distance is also.  Therefore, I will try to replace it with a copper tube which is much wider diameter. The size solid copper wire that I got before this was 1.24mm in sizewhile for copper tube size I get is the 10mm size. With such a large size, the power transfer is much greater than before this.

week 1st

Polypropylene 1000V wima FKP1 capacitors
During the last semester,I purchased all the hardware parts that I need to construct for the circuit. But I have a problem with the purchase because there are some components can not be found in the store. In my research, I need to use polypropylene capacitors for a capacitor bank. This capacitor bank will be connected to a copper wire in parallel which acts as a medium of electric energy transmission. This type was selected because it is not going to be very lossy and overheat and melt in minutes.
This is how capacitor bank will look

CDE942 capacitor
Because I could not find it, I have changed the capacitor with other type. I have changed with CDE942 capacitor. This capacitor generally used by tesla coilers here, as well as various brands of 'MKP' and similar capacitor.
